PRIVACY STATEMENT
Lisa Lloyd Paper complies with GDPR data regulation and has a double opt in policy on email collection. I'm clear that customers can choose to use this website without giving consent for me to collect data for marketing purposes. It's completely up to customers whether they click the opt in to marketing button at the checkout.

Why do you need my information?
When you purchase something from my online store, as part of the buying and selling process, I need to collect personal information such as your name, address and email address so that I can effectively process and ship your order. When you browse the store, my website automatically receives your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide me with information that helps the website learn which browser and operating system you are using. This allows it to display the store in the most user-friendly way.
Email marketing: With your permission only, Lisa Lloyd Paper may send you emails about the online store, new products, sales, news and other updates.
Consent
How do you get my consent? When you provide Lisa Lloyd Paper with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, the website collects your necessary info with the intention of using it for that specific reason only. If it asks for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, it will ask you directly for your expressed consent- for example you would tick an opt in box, which triggers an opt in email. You can choose to tick this or not.

Disclosure
I've got to share your basic info with people who help me to delivery your order. They are not permitted to do anything with that info.
If you have not opted in to marketing but have made a purchase or created an account I only share your information with other companies where it is necessary to processing an order.

If you have opted into email marketing I use Squarespace to store your data and send you marketing emails. Squarespace is GDPR compliant and your data is password protected.
I may have to disclose your personal information if I am required to do so by the forces of law (the police for example) or if there is any illegal activity associated with a transaction, or activity which violates our Terms of Service. In this case we would seek legal advice before disclosing your information.
I can't remove your data from Paypal or your bank. Only you can do that.
Payment Security
I take your payment details and the security of your data very seriously. Your credit or debit card information is processed by Squarespace and is shown to me in a way that I can only see the last 4 digits of the card number. Paypal transactions are handled by Squarespace, Stripe and Paypal, all GDPR compliant companies.
General Security
I follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards. My website is powered by Squarespace, which is considered safe. Your personal and payment data is password protected within Squarespace with a double layer of security provided by a login code.
Age of Consent
By using this site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your country, state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given me your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

I reserve the right to modify this privacy policy in accordance with new regulation. If I make material changes to this policy, I will notify you here so that you are aware of what information I collect, how I use it, and under what circumstances I use it.
